Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases at our Vijay Nagar shop, a unit of CYG Works Pvt. Ltd.

Quotes and payment

Assessments are free and carry no obligation. A quote is valid only at the time it is given and may change with the live gold rate. Payment is made after you accept, typically in cash.

What we buy

We buy gold, silver and diamonds. You must have the right to sell the items you present. For pledged jewellery, valid loan documents are required.

Identification

We may request identification, especially for larger transactions. We reserve the right to decline any purchase.
